A fire in Manhattan: 8 firefighters injured

Close to the route which passes «the March of pride» this afternoon there was a fire. The flames broke out on the second floor of a building on Hudson Street. At the place of work of 60 firefighters, 8 of whom had already received damages. On the nature of the injuries not reported. It is only known that two firefighters with serious injuries was taken to hospital.

What exactly was the cause of the fire is not yet clear. The fire is brought under control, but crews continue to work on its suppression.

Fortunately, any additional victims of the fire are not reported.
