When you see the name of the public institution, the words «24 hour», what do you think? That’s right, that this place is open around the clock. But sometimes the name should not believe — and this truth I realized last week a resident of the city of spring (Texas) Jonathan Santos.
Went on a Friday night in the fitness center under the telling title 24 Hour Fitness, Santos and could not imagine that something goes wrong. After training, he headed to the locker room, and changing clothes, I noticed, as an employee of the center doing the rounds. As it turned out, it was the last round before closing. Santos says that the employee saw him in the locker room, but when the man collected his things and headed for the exit, he found that the door was locked.
Santos was trapped in the locker room almost half an hour. He managed to contact another Department to the fitness center, and after about 25 minutes the officer returned. According to Santos, he did not even think to apologize, but the door said: «Hey, I told you that we are going to close».
Jonathan does not understand why called «Fitness 24 hours a day,» if you’re not going to comply with this title. Much more honest would sound «Fitness 12 hours a day» or «Fitness for 18 hours a day». «Maybe they [the owners of the fitness center] is to think about it,» says Santos.
In social networks, the man had many supporters wondering why a 24-hour sports facility had been closed, if it’s going to work all day, and this day was not a national holiday, and why would you call a gym «24 hour», if it doesn’t fit his work schedule.

Some even announced that it would boycott the fitness center.
I plan on boycotting them since the 24 Hour Fitness Center is apparently not open 24 hours a day. Some overweight person has to protest this blatant disregard for truth in advertising and I’m just the guy.

Although the owners stress that the network name is a reflection directly schedule gyms, on the official website of 24 Hour Fitness States that are working around the clock most fitness centers, but not all.
