Parents A. J., 5-year-old boy from Illinois, whose body was found Wednesday, April 24, was accused of his murder.
Joanne Cunningham and Andrew Frando Sr. is charged with first-degree murder, domestic violence and default of the death of the child. This was stated at a press conference the chief of police crystal lake (Illinois) James black.

«Hey Jay, we know that now you play in heaven on the Playground, and no longer suffer,» said black.
According to the chief of police, the body most likely belongs to Andrew (A. J.) Frando, was found near Woodstock on a farm. The child was buried in a shallow grave, the body was wrapped in plastic.
Prior to this, the police questioned the boy’s parents, and they «provided information that eventually led to the discovery».
The cause of death was not disclosed, its forensic scientists should find out. Parents A. J. will soon be delivered to County jail McHenry.
Last week the boy’s parents called 911, and reported that their son was gone. According to parents, the last time they saw A. J. about 21 hours before bedtime.
On the first day of the investigation the police noted: it is unlikely that the child was abducted, or that he took himself.
The chief of police crystal lake hopes that the boy’s family can find some solace in the fact that A. J. is no longer suffering, and his murderers brought to justice.

Law enforcement officers said that the couple’s home was unsanitary. In all likelihood, there also used drugs.
