A girl of 5 years were hospitalized after a strike thrown from the SUV bottle

A girl of 5 years who was looking forward to the end of kindergarten on Monday, instead spent the weekend in ICU. It happened due to the fact that she was hit with a glass bottle out of a passing car.

As reported by KTLA on Friday little Carl, Sosas was walking home from school in Corona, California with his brother and sister. Bottle thrown from a passing SUV hit the girl’s head.

«I saw my little sister lying on the ground and thought she just fell,» — said Fabian Herrera, her brother. «But when I went to help her up, I noticed that her head started bleeding».

Police Crown now looking for a large silver or gray SUV, possibly a Chevy Tahoe with damage from a collision in the front and 6 or 8 spicewine wheels, officers wrote on Facebook. The post notes that according to police, someone in the SUV threw a bottle that hit Charles, who was walking on Lincoln Avenue at 14:38 Friday. Mary SOAs, sister Carla said, «My family is frightened and angry because whoever did, he’s a heartless man. He didn’t care».

It is reported that the girl found a cracked skull and clavicle and swelling in the brain. She was hospitalized and placed in intensive care. Maria added: «She’s so small and she has to go through this. And she even fully understands what is happening.»

Carla had surgery on the weekend and she got better. Her family hopes that Karl will be able to return home from the hospital for her 6 birthday on June 21.
