Police arrested a 29-year resident of Louisville Cain Madden. He is charged that he broke the shovel head 8-year-old girl who was playing in the yard. Then the man took her iPad and raped.
The girl was taken to a local hospital. The doctor found a skull fracture, multiple chopped wounds of the head, contusions and abrasions, and signs of sexual violence.
Madden was seen nearby before and after the incident. When he was detained by the police, the man told all the details of the attack on child and sexual abuse.
This is not the first attack Madden: in 2017, he attacked a woman and bit off part of her face above my eyebrow. The victim was seriously injured.
Madden was accused of assault in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree and terrorist threats. In February of this year a judge found him unable to answer for their actions before the court by reason of mental retardation. After reviewing psychiatric reports, the judge concluded that the accused does not understand their basic constitutional rights.

Now Madden is accused of assault in the first degree, rape in the first degree and robbery in the first degree.
