9-year-old Charlene Sipes died in his birthday. The accident happened when the girl fell from her Bicycle near the house in Hodgenville (ky).
Charlene crashed into a curb when she fell, caught behind the wheel, and the lever is cut off carotid artery. The child died on the spot.
Sipes was in the third grade of elementary school Abraham Lincoln.
«This can’t be. This must be a dream. I Wake up and it will all be a nightmare» — says her mother Tiffany Fisher on Facebook after the incident.

Childhood friend mother started fundraising platform GoFundMe, to help cover the funeral expenses for Charlene and family support. Two days managed to collect about $10 thousand.

Fisher wrote on his obituary: «She was so funny. She loved to laugh. She loved to make people laugh all around. In her eyes shone the stars and lived hopes. Big, big dreams… You were the sun. You were my star. My all. I love you so much, baby.»
