A resident of Washington was shot and killed by her husband in the car where she was with three young children and mother.
Tiffany hill died on Tuesday, November 26, when Keland hill opened fire from his van in the Parking lot Sarah J. Anderson Elementary School in Vancouver.
According to police, Keland committed suicide shortly after the police pursuit.
Three children, Tiffany, Kyle, Cameron and Jasmine — were in the car and witnessed the shooting but was not injured, said the woman’s sister Tabitha Ojeda on the GoFundMe page.
According to Ojeda, Keland shot the mother of Tiffany’s three times. She had surgery, but is expected to survive.
