In Manhattan the subway station was wounded teen

Wednesday at 19:30 on 16-year-old boy stabbed on the subway platform in Upper East Side. It is reported by ABC7. The incident occurred at the station 59th Street and Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.

Eyewitnesses claim that the teenager asked for help in the nearest Bloomingdale’s, where staff called 911 and called police.

The victim was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. The injury was quite serious, but the guy is not threatened. Now his condition is serious but stable.

Police say the assailant fled the scene. Other circumstances of the case, including a motive for the crime is still unknown. According to Amny, as soon as the young man came out of the R train, a man tried to steal a phone from a teenager and inflicted a cutting wound on the right part of the face of a teenager by an unknown subject. According to police, the victim refuses to cooperate.
