The owner of a Powerball jackpot of $559 million is suing the lottery for the right to remain anonymous

The catch is that to make any amendments to already signed the ticket automatically becomes invalid.

DOE would not suit a verbal agreement with the representatives of the lottery not to disclose her identity — she wants privacy she was given the judgment.

The suit said the disclosure of real name DOE would be a flagrant violation of the inviolability of its private life.

The court mentioned examples of lottery winners who became the victims of robbers, swindlers and even murderers.

The Supreme court of Hillsborough will consider the appeal of a woman 21 Feb.
