Three residents of new York have filed a lawsuit against the who, claiming that the organization kept the pandemic coronavirus

Three residents of Westchester ‘s(new York), including doctors, filed a lawsuit against the world health organization (who), arguing that the Agency hid a pandemic of coronavirus.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in Federal court in white plains, accuses the who in the of gross negligence in respect of its response to the global outbreak.

«Who had a bad reaction to the detection of coronavirus and, based on information and belief, participated in the concealment of a pandemic COVID-19 in China,» reads part of the claim.

The lawsuit accuses the who of «causing and/or contributing to the subsequent spread of the coronavirus worldwide, including in the United States of America and the state of new York.»

The main plaintiffs in the suit — Richard Kling, a doctor, Steve Rotker and Gennaro Porcia say that «suffered from the negligent conduct of the who».

And Kling, and Rocker – residents of new Rochelle first epicente coronavirus in the state, where in early March had established a quarantine area with a radius of a mile.

Shimen Keitner, Professor of international law at the University of California and the law Hastings College in San Francisco, said that the claim will probably be rejected, because the laws of the United States who provides «functional immunity» from such cases.

Neither the who nor the lawyers representing the plaintiffs, did not respond to requests by Reuters.
