It’s that feeling that wants to experience no pet owner: a panic attack when you realize that a furry friend has gone missing.
Panic gripped the family of Gomez, when they were desperate to find their Pets outside the house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Both of their dogs escaped the home. It was midnight, cold and the dogs gone.
At the same time, 2 miles from the family home to the bus driver Milwaukee County Transit System Jamie Grabowski finished his shift. At that moment she noticed a pit bull and Doberman Pinscher running around.
Jamie, very much a lover of animals, couldn’t leave them on the street. So she stopped the bus and opened the front door. «Hey, you two! Right now you need to go home,» she cried to the dogs. This moment was captured by a surveillance camera. «Come on, let’s go inside!» Eventually Jamie had to get off the bus, but it is no problem managed to get the dogs inside. They were very happy to leave the cold street into a warm place.
The boys waited patiently inside, when Jamie reported the dogs to the Manager, and then contacted the police. Animals, obviously, realized that she was trying to help them return home.
Jamie likes to joke that she was «the dog Whisperer». One of her new friends thanked her with a kiss, when the trio waited for the arrival of the officer. «My dogs are gonna be so mad when I get back home,» jokingly she said to the dogs.

When he arrived, the officer took the dog to Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission, they were able to be reunited with their owner Stephanie Gomez. After a few days Stephanie was able to personally thank Jamie. She said that the Pets escaped the home in just a few seconds after her mother brought them for a walk. «I thought we’ll see of them. We are all very panic, because they are like children to us»,- she confessed.
If not for the intervention of Jamie, it is unknown what would happen with the animals. Many of you may know Jamie as a bus driver, but the Gomez family considers her a real heroine.
