A team of U.S. officials arrived in North Korea for the organization of a meeting between President trump and Kim Jong-UN. Last week, trump has canceled a meeting with the North Korean leader, saying that her conduct «inappropriate» after the sharp remarks of the DPRK to Vice-President Mike Pence.
The state Department has confirmed that negotiations are underway for the meeting between the two leaders. The summit will take place in Panmunjom, where the heads of North and South Korea.
Tweeted trump also confirmed that a group of Americans is in North Korea with the aim of organizing a summit with Kim Jong-UN. The US President added that the DPRK has «brilliant potential that will one day make it the country with the greatest economy and Finance».

After meeting Jong-UN, South Korean President moon Jae-In said that the North Korean leader personally assured him of his intention to turn the Korean Peninsula into a nuclear-free zone, and added that «both sides [North Korea-US] should try to overcome their differences, met face to face…, the United States and North Korea should work together to come to an agreement on nuclear disarmament».
During the interview, adviser to South Korean President said that the leaders of North and South Korea discussed the possibility of an agreement between Pyongyang and Washington, which both sides promise to abstain from hostilities against each other.
On Sunday state media that North Korea, wrote that «Mr. Kim is grateful to mun Jae Inu for the efforts he made to a historical summit, the United States and North Korea, scheduled for June 12, still held».
