While working in the police Department of Monterey Park, County of Los Angeles, 41-year-old Israel Sanchez forced women to perform sexual acts.
Stopping young motorists on the road, he forced them to undress and then touched intimate parts of their bodies. According to a press release from the district attorney’s office Los Angeles, this was spotted a suspect in the period from July to August 2014.
During this time he sexually abused at least three women aged 19 to 28 years.
Monday, March 12, a jury found Sanchez guilty in more than 10 criminal offenses, including violent sexual assault, misuse of official position for criminal purposes and bribery.
The final verdict in the matter of lustful police will be made at the meeting on April 24. Then it will choose a measure of punishment.
