Attendants airlines Delta tried to subdue 23-year-old Joseph Daniel Hadeka, staged a brawl on Board the flight from Seattle to Beijing, hit on the head with two bottles of wine.
The man arrested by the police because for him the plane had to return to the airport in Seattle. He could be sentenced to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
According to the FBI agent, the man flew first class, drinking before takeoff a bottle of beer. Eyewitnesses claim that the HUD didn’t look too drunk.
After hours of flight the young man went to the bathroom. Two minutes later, he suddenly ran up to the door and tried to open the door. When two stewards tried to detain Hadeka, a fight ensued, in which the flight attendant got punched in the face, and one of the passengers, with a bottle of red wine, on the head. Then another flight attendant grabbed 2 more bottles and smashed the head of the intruder.
To the surprise of others, that it didn’t faze him, and more angry.
With the help of several passengers, the man managed to tie the straps. I had to hold the violator until arrival back in Seattle. According to eyewitnesses, on return to the airport, the aggressive man was arrested and taken to the station.
Joseph Hadeka was taken to the District Court, on the hearing of which the defendant and his lawyer declined to comment.
The injured flight attendant and passenger were taken to hospital with serious injuries. According to the representative of the airport of Seattle, the injuries are not fatal, and life is not in danger.
