52-year-old Matthew «Max» Kennedy and his 23-year-old daughter, Caroline, was arrested in Barnstable, state of Massachusetts, a too loud party.
As reported by the Boston Herald, police officers arrived at the address 172 Irving Ave. after several neighbors complained of loud music. It happened at about midnight.
The Barnstable police Lieutenant John Murphy, said that the noise was heard at a distance of 150 feet, and it violates the city law on silence.
«Such violation shall be punished by detention and a fine of $ 100 after the trial,» explained Murphy.
Both Kennedy was taken to the police station, but later released without bail. In November a court hearing in which they will assign punishment. More of those present at the party no one was arrested.
Matthew Maxwell Kennedy is an author and the ninth child of Robert Kennedy and Ethel Skakel.
Recall that Robert Kennedy, the younger brother of President John F. Kennedy died on 6 June 1968 after fatal gunshot wounds as a result of the assassination in the Ambassador hotel.
