An unusual sight was captured and posted to Facebook one of the neighbors. «I live in Houston just a week, but this situation forced me to cry with joy…these moments were precious — they remind me of all the good there is in the world,» she said.

During the active phase of natural disasters in Texas were born 10 children — four in Rochefort, which took the brunt of Harvey.

One of the babies was named after the hurricane.
