In 10 States approaching massive storm will bring sleet to the area of the Rocky mountains and heavy rains, threatening floods in the Ohio river valley.

According to meteorologists, today, 31 October, in the Eastern part of Texas and southwest Arkansas will begin a severe thunderstorm. After this storm front will go to the South-East, to Louisiana.
