In other districts across the state have similar problems.

The number of requests from Tulare and other counties to provide services required for the disposal of animals, has exceeded the working capacity of the relevant services. The problem was compounded when in consequence of mechanical injuries had disrupted the work of the Department for processing and disposal of dead animals.

In Tulare just in the dairy industry employs about 1.5 million cows, so the mass death of livestock is very much visible in the district. Last month the heat was lost from 4 000 to 6 000 head of cattle.

«The death of the cows is recorded every day, — told the newspaper Tom Tucker, the Deputy head of the Department of agriculture. But the heat has made the situation terrible. Cows continue to die and this is very serious».
