Chicago man brutally killed his mother and hid her body in a dumpster

A terrible crime occurred in one of the largest cities in the United States.

A resident of Chicago, killed his mother and tried to cover their tracks, hide the body in a dumpster. However, to avoid the liability failed because he was arrested the same evening.

According to information provided by the Chicago police Department (Chicago Police Department — CPD), 25-year-old Robert Wallace often quarreled with mother and did not hesitate to dismiss his hands. A week before Christmas, 18 December, 67-year-old Betty Wallace once again quarreling with his son, who, furious, rushed on it with fists.

A young man was brutally beaten by his mother and struck her numerous stab wounds to the face and neck. The woman died at the scene.

After the murder, the man decided to cover up traces of crime. He hid his mother’s corpse in the nearest alley, putting the body in a dumpster. In addition, the criminal tried to get rid of physical evidence in the apartment of a murdered woman, then took her car and went to drive around town.

Several hours later, a dead woman was discovered by employees of the Department of streets and sanitation Chicago (Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation — CDSS). They immediately called the police, who promptly identified the personality of the deceased and arrested the main suspect.

A man was caught driving the car. Wallace could not explain the whereabouts of his mother, and his coat found traces of blood. After searching the transport, CPD officers found the wallet of a murdered woman and two hunting knives.

Robert Wallace was convicted of first-degree murder and placed in custody. Thursday on the case held a hearing. Killer faces life in prison.

  1. I grew up with Betty(Brooks)Wallace in the Robert Taylor Homes , her family lived in 1210, the Lewis family lived in 1209.We were all striving to accomplish more than a GHETTO life!
