Trump has banned to appoint officials during a recess of the Senate

The Senate unanimously rebuked the President to Donald Trump to make appointments during a Senate recess, which will last until September.

According to The Hill, to such measures, the senators went for fear that during the August recess trump will replace attorney General Jeff and Roman sessions.

Politicians have resorted to the trick, which is in the law of the United States. During the holidays, the Senate will convene for nine so-called «formal sessions». They are not discussing any major issues, and they last a few minutes. But this means that the Senate formally continues to operate and, therefore, the President cannot make important appointments without his approval.

In the past senators have repeatedly used, for example, when the ex-President Barack Obama tried to appoint a new chief justice while the Senate was on vacation.
