The American planted mysterious seeds «from China.» Something similar to zucchini has grown

The Arkansas resident — one of the many recipients of the mysterious seed packages allegedly sent from China — planted them in his own garden and was completely discouraged by the result.

Doyle Crenshawn of Booneville admits that he planted the seeds just to «see what happens» — even before the USDA asked Americans not to do so. The man watered them once every couple of weeks and then noticed that in the place of the mysterious seeds were growing white fruits, similar to zucchini.

It is still not known what exactly the fruits are, but the American authorities explained that they were afraid of invasive plant species — and strongly recommended contacting the Department if such a package was received.

According to another version, suspicious seeds may be part of a fraudulent scheme that the sender uses to write fake reviews on their goods on behalf of the recipients of the parcels.

Since last month, the seeds have been received by residents of all 50 US states.
